Kelley Franklin: Cranial Prosthesis Specialist - Belzoni, Mississippi

With over twenty years of experience as a stylist, including five years as an educator, Kelley Franklin, aka K'Banks Kouture, has a passion for the hair industry and business.

In 2013, her salon Nekinas Anointed Beauty was established to create beautiful moments with various people worldwide. Within a few months, she expanded her gifts into designing wigs for women and men nationwide, as well as those suffering from Cancer, alopecia, and other illnesses contributing to hair loss.

In 2013, she established an Annual Cancer Awareness Wig Giveaway, where she gives away wigs and other beauty products.

In 2017, she became a licensed cosmetology instructor and began educating others about hair, nails, skin, and all things beauty-related. She also begins instructing classes on wig-making and other topics in the areas of cosmetology.

She is recognized as an expert in hair, hair extensions, and hair replacement and is often hired by individuals/salons to teach aspiring students, stylists cutting, coloring, styling, and the latest hair addition and replacement techniques.

She owns and operates Banks Beauty Co., a company retailing hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, wholesale packages, and hair products across the United States. She also owns and operates Nekinas Business Services, where she educates companies about business credit, and Nekinas Mentorship Academy, which provides knowledge and training in cosmetology and financial literacy.

Her personal experiences and business knowledge have complimented her anointing in crowning heads and minds in many areas. From becoming a licensed cosmetologist, salon owner, and professional wig designer to a licensed cosmetology instructor and mentor, as well as a cranial prosthesis specialist, she aspires to inspire all to seek their spiritual gifts and personal talents to create wealth and hence build a legacy.

Kelley is always excited to share her extensive knowledge with other professionals. Her goal is to enhance people not only physically but mentally and spiritually.

How do you plan to make an impact in the medical hair loss community?

In addition to holding the annual Cancer Awareness Giveaway, I am going to expand hair loss services by increasing advertisements that target the medical hair loss community, providing them with knowledge and products that will benefit them in many ways.
