India did an excellent job informing the audience of who a cranial prosthetics specialists is, what their role and job description is, what skills and experience are required, and finally why it is imperative to take her course. I love how she referenced you are the pharmacist and clients will be coming to you to bring you your prescription. It is your job to refill it properly. Nice job!
