I just recently completed my course and through the information that was provided it mentioned their Medical Wig Consult Kit. Well, of course since I am new to this business I want to invest in as much as I can emit ensure my success but also am to ensure my client’s understanding of what they are purchasing. For the cost of this kit and not to have the description of the 4 caps that are enclosed and essential for your clients and your awareness it was very disappointing. I also reached out via email twice and just received a response but still no description of which cap is what.
I am truly impressed with the information and excited to get started.

This course was comprehensive and well put together. The downloads and print materials are great tools to have at your fingertips. I feel much more equipped to grow my business now that I've completed this course!
I received it and order was sent incorrectly, sent two of the same and I am yet waiting to receive the the correct cap, I give it a 4 stars for that reason and because it would be nice to get at least label wig cap to know which is which without having to go the the course and see which cap is which? Also, the color swatch are they all human hair ? Or color swatch are for synthetic hair? No information inside the kit. So overall, it would be nice to include information, not just sent the kit without documentation of what’s enclosed and guessing.

I was a bit skeptical but the pre course gives a lot of information if your considering the full course.
