Will I get my lab coat and certificate at the event?

Yes.

All attendees receive their framed certificate at the event after completing the training.

Lab coats are also distributed at the event when your ticket is purchased at least 2 weeks in advance — this gives us time to embroider your name and business name.

Is there a payment plan?

What is the refund/transfer policy?

Due to limited seating, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your seat to a future event or to another attendee up to 7 days before the event. Contact support@wigmedical.com to arrange a transfer.

Is this certification recognized by insurance?

Insurance carriers don't credential individual specialists — they credential providers and businesses. This training teaches you the documentation, coding, and workflows that insurance carriers expect from Cranial Prosthesis Specialists. You'll leave with everything you need to bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Do I need a cosmetology license to attend?

No. You do not need a cosmetology license, hairstylist license, or any medical credential to become a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist or to bill insurance. This certification is open to anyone.

What should I bring to the event?

Just yourself and something to take notes with. Make sure your laptop is charged and there are outlets to charge during breaks.

We provide all training materials, your specialist kit, lunch, and refreshments. Dress comfortably — you'll be learning hands-on.
