She treasures creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable expressing their emotions — whether that's grief, uncertainty, or hope. Watching someone's posture change, their smile return, or hearing them say they feel like themselves again is incredibly rewarding.

Kerri also loves educating clients and empowering them with options, helping them regain a sense of control during a time when so much can feel out of their hands.

She guides clients through the cranial prosthesis process with care and clarity — explaining their options, helping them choose what feels right for their lifestyle and identity, and teaching them how to care for their prosthesis with confidence.

Beyond the physical aspect, Kerri is intentional about holding space for the emotional side of hair loss — honoring the impact it can have on self-esteem, body image, and mental well-being. Ultimately, she wants to help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward feeling supported, dignified, and whole.
