My journey started in 2018 when my daughter, who was in high school at the time, asked me to remove her sew-in. To my surprise, as I was looking to see how to take it out, I immediately realized that it was just a piece of lace laid on her real hair and sewn with needle and thread!
I thought, wait a minute, and at that moment, it sparked something in me—I knew how to sew and didn’t really like the fact of thread in her hair, so I started researching. I though about it I could create wigs that were not only beautiful but also safe and comfortable.
My passion deepened when I volunteered at a local cancer center through my job and met courageous women struggling to find wigs that felt like their own hair. Seeing their frustration, I knew I had to do more.
I started to learn how to make wigs in 2018, started the business in 2021and am now a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist in October 2024—to create high-quality custom wigs as well as medical grade units that empower women to feel like themselves again!
