I have been in the medical field for over 10 years, and I have a background of being a Respiratory Therapist for 6 years.
I have worked with a number of sick patients and one of the biggest complaints, especially from women was the side effects of different medication’s, and the overall outside appearance of that individual .
I have witnessed several different levels of depression and a lot of it stemmed from not only the sickness at hand, but the aftermath of it so I wanted to do some thing to make women feel good again after a traumatic situation that cost people their confidence.
I have made wigs all through college for people that needed it, and I figured what better way to help individuals that suffer from hair loss have undetectable real looking hair again! Adjusted Crowns dropped in my heart and we are doing just that!
What do you enjoy as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist?
I enjoy seeing people gain their confidence back, I enjoy watching people walk out of my clinic, feeling new, with a different level of hope. The best part is being able to create the vision of a hairpiece that either looks like what that patient hair before they lost their hair or what they’ve always wanted their hair to look like .
How do you want to help your clients?
I want to bring royalty to my clients. I want every last client to feel like they have the power to pick their crown up and put it back on her head internally and externally.
Do you also install medical grade wigs?
No. We will place the wig on your head to make sure it fits, and we will make adjustments as far as cuts and curls if needed, but we do not use any chemicals.
What do you love about the community you work and live in?
I absolutely love to be engaged. I love being a part of a community that can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I love being the person that can help create that light. It brings me joy to be apart of something so big and so impactful, I could create smiles and tears of joy for the rest of my life because that’s how much joy this field brings me.
Each and every last client experience matters the biggest goal is for everyone to have an experience that is unforgettable.
