Kenya Moore: Cranial Prosthesis Specialist Pittsboro, North Carolina

I have a strong background in business, customer service, and marketing, all of which align well with the vision and goals of Adoriya. With an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, I've developed a solid foundation in strategic planning, market analysis, and brand development.

My experience as the Customer Service and Marketing Director at Little Lamb Enterprise allowed me to manage customer relations, oversee product logistics, and lead successful marketing campaigns, which is essential in ensuring a smooth, customer-centric operation for Adoriya.

In my role as a claims adjuster, I handled sensitive cases with empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. This experience is particularly relevant when working with individuals facing hair loss due to medical conditions, as compassion and trust are key. Additionally, my experience managing claims and policies across various states has sharpened my ability to navigate complex regulations, which could be valuable when dealing with insurance reimbursement for medical wigs.

Through my work history, I’ve developed skills in inventory management, event planning, and client relationship building, all of which are critical for ensuring that Adoriya provides not only high-quality wigs but also a positive and supportive customer experience. I'm excited to apply my expertise to make Adoriya a trusted name in the medical-grade wig industry.

What do you enjoy as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist

As a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist, I truly enjoy the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives, especially those facing medical challenges like hair loss due to cancer treatments, alopecia, or other medical conditions.

Being able to provide solutions that help restore confidence and self-esteem is incredibly rewarding. I also love the personal connections I get to build with my clients; understanding their needs and tailoring the perfect cranial prosthesis for their unique situation is both a challenge and a joy.

I take pride in staying up to date with the latest advancements in wig technology, materials, and styling options, which allows me to offer the best possible products to my clients. It's fulfilling to see the relief and happiness when someone feels like themselves again after experiencing hair loss. The blend of technical skill, creativity, and empathy that comes with this role makes it incredibly satisfying.

I also enjoy educating clients on wig care and maintenance, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident long after they leave with their new prosthesis. Overall, the combination of artistry, compassion, and helping others through a difficult time is what I enjoy most about being a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist.

How do you want to help your clients?

I want to help my clients by providing them with a sense of comfort, confidence, and empowerment during what may be one of the most challenging times in their lives. My goal is to offer not just a product but a personalized experience that meets their specific needs—whether they are dealing with hair loss due to medical treatments, alopecia, or other conditions.

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where my clients feel heard, understood, and respected. By helping them choose the right cranial prosthesis, I aim to restore their self-esteem and help them feel more like themselves again. I want them to leave not only with a high-quality wig that looks natural and fits comfortably but also with the knowledge and confidence to care for it properly.

My mission is to ensure that every client feels supported through the entire process—from selecting the perfect style and fit to learning how to maintain their wig for long-term use. Ultimately, I want to be a source of positivity and reassurance for my clients, helping them regain a sense of normalcy and control over their appearance so they can face the world with renewed confidence.

Do you also install medical-grade wigs?

Yes.

What do you love about the community you work and live in?

What I love most about the community where I work and live is its sense of connection and support. People extend genuine care and compassion toward one another, which is especially meaningful in my line of work as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist. Whether it's the clients I serve or the local businesses I collaborate with, there’s a shared understanding that we’re all working together to uplift one another.

As I reflect on my journey and the work I do, I’m driven by the desire to make a real, positive difference in the lives of my clients. What makes me stand out is my combination of empathy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. I don't just see my role as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist as a job—it's a personal mission.

I want to offer more than just a service; I want to provide an experience that helps people feel empowered, cared for, and confident. I bring a balance of technical skill and human connection to everything I do, and I believe that’s where my strength lies. Whether it's understanding the latest trends and innovations in wig technology or taking the time to listen to my client's concerns and provide personalized solutions, I aim to create a space where every client feels valued. I’m passionate about offering not just a product but also hope and reassurance.

My diverse background in business, marketing, and customer service equips me with the tools to build a trusted, reputable brand.
