LaTosha Wills: Cranial Prosthesis Specialist, White Plains, Maryland

I began my career in the beauty and hair industry in 2020 when I founded House of Lucy Gray.

What started as a passion for helping clients look and feel beautiful with wigs and extensions has grown into a specialized focus on medical-grade wigs and cranial prosthesis services.

Over the years, I have worked with women, men, and children experiencing hair loss from a variety of conditions, including alopecia, postpartum, and chemotherapy.

My background in project management also helps me stay highly organized and client-focused, ensuring that each person receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.

What do you enjoy as a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist?

What I enjoy most is being able to restore confidence and dignity to my clients.

Hair loss can be an emotional journey, and I find joy in walking alongside my clients, helping them find solutions that not only look natural but also feel comfortable and secure.

Knowing that I can ease some of the stress during such a sensitive time is truly rewarding.

How do you want to help your clients?

My goal is to provide more than just a wig—I want to provide hope, comfort, and confidence.

I help clients understand their options, guide them through the insurance reimbursement process, and customize solutions that fit their lifestyle.

Whether they need a cranial prosthesis due to a medical condition or simply want to explore new looks, I strive to make the experience supportive, empowering, and stress-free.

Do you also install medical-grade wigs?

Yes, I do install medical-grade wigs.

During the consultation and fitting process, I ensure each unit is applied securely, styled to their liking, and feels as natural as possible.

This allows my clients to leave feeling confident and comfortable right away.

What do you love about the community you work and live in?

I love the diversity, strength, and resilience of my community.

Many of my clients are local families and individuals who support one another through challenges and celebrate victories together.

It’s inspiring to serve people who value faith, family, and perseverance. Being part of this community allows me to give back in meaningful ways and create lasting connections.

House of Lucy Gray is more than a business—it’s a passion and calling. I am dedicated to educating people about scalp health, breaking the stigma around hair loss, and offering solutions that bring confidence back into everyday life.

My clients are not just customers; they become part of the House of Lucy Gray family.

I believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful and empowered, no matter their hair journey.
