Who This Course Is For

This course is built for certified Cranial Prosthesis Specialists who have moved past the basics and are ready to scale a real practice.

✅ This Course Is For You If...

  • You've completed your CPS certification, and you're 2–6 months into operating
  • You're serving 2–8 clients per month, and you can feel the systems starting to break
  • You're losing track of follow-ups, replacement dates, or insurance reauthorizations
  • You're making money, but you can't actually tell what your real profit is
  • You want to stop working in your practice and start running it like a real business
  • You're ready to build the operational backbone that takes you from 5 clients to 50

❌ This Course Is NOT For You If...

  • You haven't completed your CPS certification yet (start with the Certification Course first)
  • You're looking for the basics of how to fit a cranial prosthesis or bill insurance
  • You want a quick-fix tactic, not a real operational system
  • You're not ready to commit time to building SOPs, workflows, and tracking systems
  • You're happy staying at 2–3 clients per month and don't want to scale
18 target

Build a CRM that runs your practice on autopilot

Set up a client database configured specifically for cranial prosthesis work — tracking insurance, replacement timelines, prescriptions, and prosthesis specs in one place.

18 refresh 2

Capture every replacement cycle automatically

Build the 6-, 9-, and 12-month follow-up sequences that turn one-time clients into repeat revenue — so no client ever falls through the cracks.

18 money bill coin

Know your real numbers every month

Read your true cost per client, actual margins, and monthly P&L in 30 minutes — and make pricing decisions based on real data, not guesses.

18 bookmark

Run your practice on documented systems, not memory

SOPs for intake, consultation, ordering, fitting, billing, and follow-up — so quality stays consistent whether you're handling 5 clients or 50.

18 shield check

Build a 12-month growth plan you'll actually follow

Set annual revenue goals, reverse-engineer monthly client targets, track the 5 KPIs that matter, and identify your most profitable client segments.

What You'll Learn

Module 1: Your Practice Foundation — Systems That Scale

Build the operational infrastructure that prevents your practice from collapsing under its own growth. Choose and configure the right CRM for cranial prosthesis work, design your client database, set up appointment scheduling, and document the SOPs that keep quality consistent as you grow.

Module 2: Mastering the Replacement Cycle

The replacement cycle is the engine of recurring revenue in a CPS practice. Build the automated 6-, 9-, and 12-month follow-up sequences that turn one-time clients into repeat revenue, with scripts for every reorder scenario and a system that tracks replacement dates across your entire client base.

Module 3: Managing Multiple Insurance Relationships

At 3 clients, insurance is manageable. At 15 clients across 5+ insurers, it's the thing that breaks your practice without a system. Build the workflow, claims tracking, reauthorization process, and filing system that holds up at 50+ active clients.

Module 5: Scaling Your Practice — From Solo to Team

Recognize when you're ready for help, decide what to delegate first, and bring on contractors or employees without losing quality or control. Includes inventory management as volume grows and the pros and cons of mobile, multi-location, and virtual expansion.

Module 6: Client Experience & Retention

Retention isn't just follow-up — it's the entire experience. Map every client touchpoint from inquiry to fifth prosthesis, set the right communication cadence, handle complaints with confidence, build a referral engine from existing clients, and collect reviews systematically.

Module 7: Long-Term Practice Growth

Zoom out from daily operations to annual strategy. Set revenue goals and reverse-engineer monthly client targets, track the 5 KPIs that matter, identify your most profitable client segments, diversify revenue with the right add-on services, and finish with a written 12-month growth plan.

Final Exam

Comprehensive exam covering all 7 modules. Pass to earn your Certificate of Completion in Client Retention & Practice Management.

Have Questions? We Have Answers.

Everything you need to know before enrolling.

Do I need to be a Cranial Prosthesis Specialist before taking this course?

This course is built for certified Cranial Prosthesis Specialists. Every lesson assumes you've already completed the foundational training — you know how to fit a prosthesis, you understand the basics of insurance billing, and you've worked with at least a few clients. If you haven't certified yet, start with the Cranial Prosthesis Specialist Certification Course first. Come back here once you're operating and ready to scale.

How long does this course take to complete?

Most students complete the course in 4–6 weeks, working through 1–2 modules per week alongside their practice. The course contains 35 lessons across 7 modules, plus quizzes and a final exam. You can move faster or slower — there's no deadline, and you have lifetime access to return to any lesson as your practice grows.

What templates and tools come with this course?

You get 22 downloadable templates including: SOP templates for intake, consultation, ordering, fitting, billing, and follow-up; a CRM setup guide configured for cranial prosthesis work; reorder conversation scripts; an insurance workflow tracker; a monthly P&L template; KPI dashboard; and a 12-month growth plan workbook. Every template is editable and ready to drop into your practice.

Will this course work for a solo CPS provider, or only larger practices?

Both. This course is specifically designed for the CPS provider operating at 2–8 clients per month who's ready to systematize. The systems you'll build work whether you stay solo or scale to a team — Module 5 covers exactly when and how to bring on help, but everything before it is built around solo operators getting their practice in order first.

Is this course included in any of the certification bundles?

This course is sold standalone for $497. If you're considering the CPS Certification Course or one of our bundles, check the main certification page for current bundle options. Bundle structures change occasionally as we add new courses to the catalog.

How is this course delivered?

The full course is hosted on Thinkific. After enrollment, you'll get instant access to all 35 lessons, downloadable templates, quizzes, and the final exam. Lessons include written content, video walkthroughs, and downloadable resources you can implement in your practice immediately. Lifetime access means you can return whenever you need to revisit a system or onboard a new team member.
