Sha'Ron Experience in the Beauty Industry
For 13 years, Sharon built a strong reputation under the brand Sha’Ron Styles, specializing in extensions, weaves, braids, wig services, natural hair care, color, and precision cuts.
Known for her passion for healthy hair, she attracted a loyal clientele who appreciated her honesty, technique, and personalized approach to beauty.
Sharon now serves as the owner and lead Crown Care Specialist at Kold With It Crowning, where she provides custom cranial prostheses, nonsurgical hair replacement, scalp care, and hair-loss solutions for clients experiencing alopecia, chemotherapy, hormonal changes, trauma, and other medical conditions.
As someone who also suffers from hair loss, Sharon brings deep empathy, understanding, and compassion to every client she serves.
Sharon’s passion for education led her to become a licensed cosmetology instructor, where she has spent years teaching, mentoring, and inspiring future beauty professionals. She has taught at several respected institutions, including:

- ITS Beauty School
In these roles, she taught foundational and advanced techniques in cutting, color, braiding, extensions, wig construction, and professional salon practices.
